Returns

- Return requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the order.
- Products must remain in their original, unopened packaging.
- Products that have been improperly stored, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed after inspection and verification of the returned products.
- Refunds may be issued through the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the circumstances.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by us.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened medicines and healthcare products.
- Products damaged due to customer negligence.
- Products returned without prior approval.
